Andy is excited about moving into his new neighborhood and meeting new friends, but he is also a little nervous because he stutters. Andy soon meets Alex. Will Alex accept Andy’s stutter? I thought this book was great for teaching kids about not teasing kids with a stutter and making kids with a stutter feel accepted because we are all different and that’s what make us special. Andre told me that he based the characters on him and his son and that the reason he wrote this book was because he was teased in school because of his stutter and he didn’t want other children to go through that. I Don’t Talk Funny, I Stutter gets 5 out of 5 shields.

I’m curious, how long is this one, Sir Books? What age group is it for?
